The Getter Group advocacy service commits itself to actively search and look for—and to find—an apartment that fits your criteria and needs. We will be dedicated and committed to active and energetic searching until you get your home in Israel. We will find and get you the apartment you want, the one you’ve dreamt of.
We’ll get you your dream (—without the nightmare)
This is a unique service that NO other broker supplies, or can, but we do.
THE FIRST STEP
We sit with our clients and we get a full clear picture of exactly what you need, what you want, what you’d really like to see. How you’d like to live. We find out what your true preferences are. What you need, and what you can afford.
FINDING THE APARTMENT
We then begin the search for an apartment for you until you find one (— even if it’s not us who finds it for you.*) We’ll give you a hand to find your comfort level.
We’ll show you the range of various options, and what’s more: we’ll guide you in choosing the home that’s truly best for you. The one that truly fits your needs, your budget, and your preferences. Your style, your comfort level, and your reality.
We’ll search out any potential issues or problems in any apartments you’re interested in, whether it is structural issues, legal issues, property liens, and much more. We make sure there are no legal issues and that the apartment is registered properly with the correct meters, utilities, compliances, etc. We make sure, absolutely sure, that your dream home has no unpleasant surprises. (Only pleasant ones.)
SETTING UP THE PURCHASE
We do all the negotiating of price and setting up a payment schedule for you, the one that best suits your financial requirements and needs. Setting you up with a reliable lawyer, who gets the job done, and gets it done correctly.
During the creation of the contract, we make sure that our list of clauses goes into your contract to make sure your rights and finances are safeguarded throughout the purchase, from beginning to end. You’ll be completely protected, because you need to be.
We make sure your apartment gets registered in your name, the buyers name. This is a very important service, because not all lawyers do this, but we make sure it gets done. We set up a timely reminder for your convenience to ensure that all payments are paid on time, so you won’t be hit with needless interest charges for no reason. We also track the expenses, receipts, and bank guarantees, to make sure your money is safe and that every penny is accounted for.

We make sure you’ll love it!
We guide you in choosing a designer, to take full responsibility of all the interiors in the apartment, to make sure your apartment looks the way you want your dream home in Israel to look: Beautiful
THE FINAL STAGE:
We bring in a structural engineer to make sure it was done right, to thoroughly check out the apartment before the buyer takes the key, to make sure it was built according the plan and that there are no problems and we’ll carefully guide you with whatever needs to be done with issues if they do come up.

THE VALUE YOU’LL RECEIVE FOR YOUR MONEY
Working with the Getter Group is like taking out insurance on your investment to protect it, it’s insurance to make sure that everything goes smoothly, and that your purchase investment is safe and secure—and profitable so it is absolutely the best investment you will make in the whole deal.
Your cost for our advocacy: $12,500 + VAT.
This includes 30 complete months of advocacy service.
After that, your cost will be $3,000 per year, or part of it.
