We’ll send a notary to your home (in New York) to take care of all signatures and all documents which need to be authorized.
In other states, we’ll guide you through the entire process of getting the documents signed with an Apostille. We’ll help you find a notary who can take care of the process for you.
We’ll even go down to the bank to make each payment when necessary.
Fee for Mortgage Broker Service: 1.5% with a minimum of 6,000 Shekel + VAT
VAT is added to all prices.
